Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times may delay the posting of refunds.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@dropperbottles.com and send the product to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Time and Tracking
The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY FOR PACKAGING PRODUCTS
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all packaging products ("Products") sold or provided by [Your Company Name] ("the Company"). By purchasing or using our Products, the customer ("Buyer") agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Product Quality and Defects
The Company guarantees that all Products meet the specifications provided at the time of sale and are free from material defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery.

In the event a Product is found to be defective, the Company's sole and exclusive obligation shall be, at its discretion:
a. To replace the defective Product; or
b. To issue a refund or credit for the value of the defective Product, as invoiced.

The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Production delays or costs
- Claims related to product filling, shipping, or resale
- Any damages resulting from defective Products beyond the purchase price.
5. Conditions for Claims
To make a claim under this policy:
a. The Buyer must notify the Company of the defect in writing within 30 days of delivery.
b. The Buyer must provide sufficient evidence of the defect, including but not limited to photos, samples, and proof of purchase.
c. The Buyer may be required to return the defective Products for inspection.
6. No Implied Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this policy, the Company disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Maximum Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company's total liability for defective Products exceed the total purchase price paid for those Products.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accepting the Products, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Liability Policy.
